Detroit Speed DECAlink Rear Suspension Kits
Detroit Speed DECAlink independent rear suspension kits feature no compromises and exclusive suspension geometry for superior handling and ride quality. The IRS utilizes modern CV axle shafts and hub bearings, keeping suspension loads from being transmitted through the axle shafts, and works with an original 17-spline differential assembly or a Hammerhead 12-bolt differential.
All suspension link lengths are adjustable, and the kits have adjustments for rear anti-squat geometry and roll center height. The suspension points are hard mounted to eliminate stock rubber mounted suspension deflection. The kits are available with base, single adjustable, or double adjustable shocks. Choose your kit.
Detroit Speed DECAlink rear kits include:
* Forged Detroit Speed aluminum uprights
* 2-piece cast aluminum/steel cradle assembly which eases differential housing removal
* “Detroit Tuned” coilover shocks/springs that allow spring rate tuning and ride height adjustments
* Rear anti-roll bar
* Uses OEM cross-axis pivot bushings at all pivot points
* Torrington bearings
* Spanner tool for easy spring height adjustments
Shock choices:
* Base shocks are “pure blood pedigree” racing shocks in their most efficient form as a non-adjustable unit, yet they share all the increased dynamic responses of all the JRi adjustable models while providing excellent ride quality on the street
* Single-adjustable shocks include all features of base shocks with “Detroit Tuned” valving, plus installed rebound adjustment with the simple turn of a knob, while providing excellent ride quality on the street
* Double-adjustable remote canister monotube shocks incorporate a gas charged bladder to provide high-frequency and low-speed dampening control
